Today urinary tract infection causing Escherichia coli is also serious problem among pregnant women especially during pandemic period. So the mid stream urine samples were collected from different clinics and Public Health Centre in rural area of Salem city. Totally 25 E. was isolated confirmed by biochemical test growth parameters. In this study optimum recorded pH 7 at 37ᵒC. To date patterns resistance to antimicrobial agents may be due indiscriminate, wide spread lengthy use antibiotics treatment UTI particularly situation 2022.
